So, how lofty are your New Year’s resolutions? As much as I appreciate dreaming big, I know many of those resolutions are likely to fall by the wayside over the next month and some may even fizzle out by the end of this week! What if I told you that you could take a step forward in your financial life in just five minutes? Seriously … I’m all about making it doable.
Kickstart Your New Year
Over the last few years of writing on my blog, I’ve taken a variety of different approaches to my New Year’s posts. Last year, I guided my readers through a financial audit designed to help you take stock of where you are today and create a goal for the future. The year prior I talked about the importance of setting your intention—rather than a New Year’s Resolution. I commend these posts to you. This year, I’m taking a little different approach.
2020 Intentions
Over the last two years, I have had the privilege of walking beside Michelle Boss (aka The Money Boss) as an accountability partner. Over that time she’s grown from being a fellow financial coach into a mentor and friend. We’ve never met in person, but we check in every two weeks via phone. We share our highs and lows, celebrating and encouraging one another along the way.
